Our Story
More than 15 years ago, Joe Padilla carried a dream in his heart. As a veteran, he saw firsthand that many veterans struggled to find not only housing, but also stability, purpose, and a place where they could truly rebuild their lives. He envisioned creating safe, supportive homes where veterans could heal, regain hope, rebuild their confidence, and begin a new chapter surrounded by encouragement and community.
At the same time, Vivian Padilla, a minister, Reiki Master Teacher, and lifelong advocate for others, was dedicating her life to helping people transform from the inside out. With a deep passion for serving others, she has spent years encouraging individuals and families through life’s challenges, supporting single mothers, helping people pursue financial stability and homeownership, and teaching women the importance of self-love, healing, and discovering their true worth. Vivian believes that when people heal from within, they are empowered to create lasting change in every area of their lives.
When Joe shared his vision, Vivian immediately recognized that their hearts had been leading them toward the same purpose all along. Together, they united Joe’s dream with Vivian’s lifelong passion for transformation and service, creating a mission built on hope, healing, education, and opportunity.
Today, Joe and Vivian Padilla are committed to building far more than housing. Their vision is to create safe, uplifting communities where veterans, civilians, individuals, and families can find stability, healing, personal development, financial education, credit-building resources, pathways to homeownership, and the support needed to build a brighter future. Through mentorship, life-skills training, and transformational programs, they are committed to helping people become the best version of themselves.
For Joe and Vivian, this has never been just about providing a place to live. It is about restoring hope, rebuilding lives, strengthening families, teaching people to believe in themselves again, and creating a lasting legacy of love, compassion, and service—one person, one family, and one community at a time.
